Pulverit proposes powder coatings to coat heat sensitive materials.
They can be thermosetting or IR-UV curable and allow to reach different finishing.
They are:
1 thermosetting textured or hammer finishing coatings, curable at 110-130C x 15' or by IR oven 2'-4' at 140-150c.
2 textured or hammer finishing coatings with enhanced hardness surface, curable by IR+ UV curing cycles.
3 IR+UV curable coating suggested like PRIMER to finish by water base liquid paints.
4 high quality IR+UV curable plain finishing to coat in 1/2 layers
