This new technology makes the dye diffusion of a pattern, previously printed ontoa suitable plastic or paper film by "sublimation inks", into a layer of a special pre-cured powder coating primer.
The dye-diffusion of the printed drawing allows to get a finishing that imitates the different types of wood, marble, briar and all type of effect that can be printed.
Pulverit supplies the powder coating primers, designed to this specific purpose, that allow to get finishing with very bright and stable colours.
These powder coatings are included in our "Chromia" 42P and 52P ranks, both are endorsed by Qualicoat and are suitable to coat aluminium for architectural purposes.
All these products are post forming ones, to allow shaping of pieces after decoration process.
